Promotion Period: June 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET until cancelled


1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is required to enter or win.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law.

 

3. HOW TO ENTER

a) With Purchase:

Every purchase of an UndrDog shirt made during the Promotion Period will automatically be entered.

Approximately 1 in every 100 shirts sold will be randomly packaged with a 1 gram gold bar.

b) Without Purchase (Alternate Method of Entry):

To enter without making a purchase, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3x5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each mail-in entry must be received by June 30, 2026. Limit one mail-in entry per person. Duplicates will be discarded.

 

4. PRIZES &ODDS

Prize: One (1) 1g .9999 fine gold bar (approximate retail value: $200 USD based on spot market price at the time of launch).

Total Number of Prizes: 10,000

Total Approximate Retail Value of All Prizes: $2,000,000 USD

Gold bars will be randomly inserted into UndrDog shirt packages prior to shipment.

Odds of receiving a prize: Approximately 1 in 100, based on projected order volume.

 

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Winners will be notified by discovering the gold bar inside their shirt package. There is no separate notification. If you received a gold bar and wish to verify your prize or share your story, contact us at support@undrdoghemp.com.

 

6. TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes (if any) on the prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient. If the value of your prize exceeds $600, UndrDog may require a completed W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099.

 

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • No substitutions, transfers, or cash redemptions of prizes permitted.

  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or damaged entries.

  • Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or supply chain problems.

  • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

 

8. PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, recipients agree that UndrDog may use their first name, city/state, and/or submitted photo or video for promotional purposes across digital, email, and social media, without additional compensation—unless prohibited by law.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or use of any prize.

 

10. PRIVACY

Information submitted will only be used to administer the promotion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
